30-Day Happy Paws Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love your order. If you're not happy with it, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at gentlebarkss@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Photos help if something is wrong with the item.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll email you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without instructions can't be matched to an order.
Please return the item with all of its parts and accessories.

Return shipping

Changed your mind: you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend a trackable shipping method, because we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item: we cover it. Email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund was approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method for the price of the item. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it.
Shipping on your original order is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
If an item comes back damaged or missing parts, we may reduce the refund.

Items we can't accept

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Damage caused by misuse or by not following the product instructions.

Exchanges

To get a different item or color, ask for a refund on the original and place a new order.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
